CUSTODIAL / MAINTENANCE

LMAS District Health Department is accepting applications for an individual to
do cleaning and light maintenance in our Alger County building in Wetmore. This
position is part-time without benefits. Duties include but are not limited to; daily
custodial duties and ensuring that the building, grounds and equipment are
maintained and in good condition. Must be able to work on an independent basis.
High school diploma, valid drivers’ license, and knowledge and use of basic tools,

equipment, carpentry, plumbing and painting required.
