At the LMAS District Health Department, protecting public health and ensuring environmental safety are among our highest priorities. To better serve the communities of Luce, Mackinac, Alger, and Schoolcraft counties, we provide an easy  way for residents to report environmental health concerns. This page offers a convenient online form for submitting complaints directly to our Environmental Health Division.

If you notice a potential problem in your community — whether it’s a concern with a restaurant’s food safety practices, issues with drinking water, malfunctioning sewage systems, or signs of a communicable illness — we encourage you to report it here. You can also use this form to submit complaints related to Soil Erosion and Sedimentation Control (SESC), rabies exposures, or any other environmental health issue that needs investigation.
