The LMAS District Health Department is committed to providing high-quality, reliable laboratory testing services to support public health and individual well-being. Our clinical laboratory offers a range of diagnostic tests to detect respiratory infections, sexually transmitted infections, and other health conditions.
These tests play a crucial role in early detection, timely treatment, and preventing the spread of infectious diseases. With advanced molecular testing methods such as real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), we ensure accurate and efficient results. Our dedicated healthcare professionals are here to assist with sample collection and answer any questions regarding testing procedures.

Useful for:
The STI Panel allows for the rapid detection of sexually transmitted infections caused by:
- Chlamydia trachomatis (CT)
- Neisseria gonorrhoeae (NG)
- Trichomonas vaginalis (TV)
General Information:
The STI Panel is a multiplex real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) test capable of qualitatively detecting DNA or RNA.
