School Based Health Service Locations

Our School Based Health Services provide students with access to essential medical and mental health care across multiple locations within the LMAS District Health Department. Whether your child needs a routine check-up, immunizations, or mental health support, our dedicated providers are here to help.

We operate two full-service health centers in Newberry and St. Ignace, offering both medical and mental health care, as well as several E3 sites that provide mental health services exclusively. Our goal is to ensure students receive the care they need in a convenient, supportive school-based setting.

To access services, parents or guardians must complete the necessary consent and referral forms, which can be found on this page.

For mental health services, a referral form must be submitted before an appointment is scheduled, allowing our therapists to review and determine the best course of action.
